The mission of the WorkAbility program is to promote the involvement of key stakeholders including students, families, educators, employers and other agencies in planning and implementing an array of services that will culminate in successful student transition to employment, lifelong learning and quality of life.
Activities may include:

Career Exploration to include activities that increase knowledge of career options

Career/Vocational Assessment to help students identify their school and post-school career interests and goals

Employment/Post-Secondary Education Planning to assist students with understanding the career decision making process

Career Preparation such as job readiness skills, interview skills, job search, career portfolio

Youth Development/Leadership such as self-advocacy, disability awareness, transportation resources, life skills, and post-school support agencies
